Due to ongoing issues with Time-Warner/Roadrunner regarding my cable Internet connection, I am unable to provide some of the usual levels of development, support, and assistance. It’s affecting all areas of my business, as well as my home. My office phone is also affected. I’m truly sorry.

I hope to have some sort of update eventually, but as of right now, I’m stuck waiting on Time-Warner again. As some of you know, this has been going on a while now. The most recent TW/RR technician here–just a couple days ago–wasn’t helpful, to put it mildly. Only time will tell if TW/RR can and will get this straightened out. As of this time, I’m not that comfortable endorsing them as an ISP, but I’ll reserve final judgement for a while to see what they come up with, if anything.

Please do your best to contact me with any questions, and I’ll continue to do my best at answering them. Hopefully this will all be over with soon. Bear with me as we work through this; I greatly value your business. Let’s hope TW/RR values mine.
